I've been cleaning the house a bit for a party tonight, and in between reading a book and... reading a book while cleaning the bathroom, I remembered to take some photos.

We've been redoing the kitchen, and by "we" I mean my mother and father. It's extremely yellow. The walls are yellow, and the floor is this honey yellow colour at the moment. It's extremely bright and cheerful, unlike my father in this picture. (I actually don't know WHAT he was thinking when I took it. It's kind of a grimace.)

Here is the picture of Dad varnishing the floors. YAY dad.
